My Approach to Helping
My name is Jennifer and I am a LCSW. I have been providing therapy since 2004 when I graduated from the University of Southern California.
I believe in the mind, body, Spirit connection for healing. I use a holistic approach where I combine traditional therapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy) along with guided meditations, mantras, breath work, and gentle yoga poses. I am a certified Yoga Instructor. All of these modalities can assist with adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, anticipatory grief, illness adjustment, and trauma.
I work with individuals and facilitate support groups. I work with adults ages 18 and over. I look forward to working with you.
