It's a place where you and I work towards freedom from limiting thoughts, freedom to be who you want, and freedom to become who you know you can be.
I specialize in working with adults to develop tools to better understand and cope with feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt, negative self-talk, anxiety, and depression. Together, with trust and respect, we will work through the issues that limit happiness. I have over 20 years of experience helping people to live more enjoyable lives.

At Being, we believe in a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, which leads to physical and mental health. Our goal, in order to achieve true mental health, is to help you find and address the root causes of your suffering, rather than to label and treat the symptoms alone; after all, you’re more than just a label. In a relaxed atmosphere, we will work with you to address the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical imbalances that are causing you stress and discomfort.
