My Approach to Helping
I have 25 years of experience providing Couples and Individual therapy.I take all insurances. My clients have told me I provide a safe and caring enviroment to explore their emotions and relationships. I help Couples and Individuals ( Children and Adults) feel better about themselves and their relationships. I provide therapy for depression and/or anxiety. I guide Couples to improved communication and a deeper connection with one another. These are some questions if you are considering couples therapy: Do you argue about the same things over and over again, ie, money, sex, chores, parenting? Are you both focused on just the kids and not each other? Have you gone through an Affair? In today's world with so much going on at work and home,couples need to focus on each other to feel close and loved. These are some questions to consider if you are considering Individual therapy: Are you feeling anxious or worried? Do you feel sad, irritable, down, and/or guilty? Are you having sleeping problems?
