My Approach to Helping
I'm so glad that you're taking the first step in your decision to seek therapy. Whatever brought you here must not be easy to handle but I'm glad that you're here. The hardest parts of this journey can be deciding it's time for help and finding the right therapist. In therapy, I will work alongside you towards your goals. I understand that this can be a difficult process and I'm here to support and guide you through it.
I have a passion for working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I also often work with couples who have difficulty getting through infidelity, communication issues, and conflict resolution. I use Cognitive Behavioral and Emotionally Focused techniques to help you uncover the cause of your issues and how to fix them.
