My Approach to Helping
My passion lies in helping you find your path to increased happiness and living a life that is authentically yours. Through our conversations, you will gain deeper insight into elements in your life that might be challenging to shift. Together we will work to understand your experiences, process feelings and create inner peace and acceptance from within.
In our work together, you can explore the roots of these feelings and learn how to challenge old patterns, beliefs, and behaviors. My approach to therapy starts with creating a safe, open, and non-shaming environment where you will feel heard, understood, and supported. My style is empathic, genuine, and connected. Through our conversations, you will gain deeper insight into what growth could look like and how to make it happen. Collaboratively, we will plan and progress toward both short- and long-term goals. We will work to improve your self-relationship as well as your relationships with others.
Although I view things through a psychodynamic and attachment-based lens, I often take an integrative approach and pull from different modalities based on your needs. Together, we will nurture self-awareness and self-compassion and help you make empowering life changes.
