My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy starts with creating a safe, open, and non-shaming environment where you will feel heard, understood, and supported. My style is empathic, genuine, and connected. Through our conversations, you will gain deeper insight into elements in your life that might be challenging to shift. We will collaborate on both short and long-term goals. We will work to improve your self-relationship as well as your relationships with others.
Although I view things through a psychodynamic and attachment based lens, I often take an integrative approach and pull from differing modalities based on your needs. Together we will nurture a relationship that increases self-awareness and self-compassion and helps you make empowering life changes.
