My Approach to Helping
I believe that there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to treating clients. Treatments should be tailored to consider your unique needs so that we can collaborate together to decide the best approach for your therapeutic experience. Everyone experiences life differently and so I believe treatment solutions should vary for each individual client. Therapy can help provide an opportunity to gain insight, learn, and practice new skills in an environment that is safe and non-judgmental.

I specialize in individual and couples therapy, stress and anxiety reduction, depression management, multicultural experiences, relationship and family problems, trauma, PTSD, and helping clients navigate through many of life’s difficulties with compassion and non-judgement. What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I have ultimately gained a heart for working with the many diverse characteristics that my clients bring. I personally identify as a multicultural woman and I am bilingual in Spanish. I am passionate about working with those who feel they don't always fit into the right categories. I also have personal and professional experience in working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ community, as well as military veterans. These experiences have allowed me to gain a profound empathy for the human experience and a great respect for the multitude of difficulties that people are facing.
