My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling lost, confused, anxious or depressed ? Do you feel life is moving too fast or too slow that you’re constantly trying to catch up? Let’s take some time together to reflect, examine thoughts, emotions and experiences that is preventing you from living in the present. Together, we can create strategies to help you feel more yourself, more empowered and gain control of your life.
My approach is to have a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you are heard and understood. I bring years of experience of working with different age groups, from children with intellectual disabilities, to youths and working adults. My passion has always been to help others in any way I can. I am trained in Reality Therapy but I also do incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices, along with other coping skills needed.
I believe everyone has their own story and I am here to provide a safe environment to share these stories. Your well-being is my priority.
