My Approach to Helping
Jasmina works eclectically to suit the needs of the individual. Under the model of therapeutic techniques, modalities used in treatment may include CBT, psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, behavior therapy, trauma-informed therapy, strength-based approach, and mindfulness-based interventions. Jasmina holds expertise in treating anxiety, depression, mood issues, life transition issues, relationship and family issues.
