My Approach to Helping
I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential! My counseling style is friendly, open-minded, judgment-free, and respectful. I recognize that visiting a therapist is a personal decision for each client. I use a person-centered approach to build rapport and form a strong therapeutic relationship with the people in my care.
During treatment, I employ techniques from a variety of evidence-based modalities. This multimodal approach helps me to provide customized care that is suited to each person’s unique needs and goals. I thoroughly enjoy working with my clients and providing the support they need as they journey toward healing and personal growth.
More Info About My Practice
I have been providing mental health services since 2012. At that time, I was completing the final year of my bachelor’s degree. I was drawn to the mental health field and decided to pursue a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. My experiences volunteering at community-based agencies and growing up as a female minority help me to interact well with clients from different ethnic groups and cultures.
