When you feel overwhelmed, on edge, and pressured to "get it right," it's tough to live the life you imagined. Anxiety gets in the way of trusting yourself and knowing how whole you really are. As humans, we all encounter difficulties -big and small- but you don't have to face yours alone. I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, stress, trauma, parenting issues, and the general slump of not living in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling-- People who want to conquer their inner-critic and live a life that truly aligns with their values.
My approach is based on the notion that as humans, we strive for connection-- a genuine feeling of belongingness. This belief drives my work, but as a proud psychotherapy nerd, I intentionally pursue current research and integrate techniques to fit my clients' unique experiences. Therapy is a safe, fully accepting space for self-exploration and breaking free from the things that hold you back. By working together, you can gain insight and a fresh perspective on how you got here and the ways you can heal.
