My Approach to Helping
I am CBT and Mindfulness-oriented, but I tend to use an eclectic style and tailor therapy to the client not to a specific intervention. I believe there is never a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. I have over 20 years experience; and in that time, I have developed a set of skills that I would like to share with you. I am sure that you will learn at least 5 tools that you will be able to use to help you feel better or improve your situation.

I work under the business name, When Ready Counseling, LLC. I believe that change can only take place when one is ready to make change. Being ready provides a person the motivation to do the work needed to reach desired goals. However, at When Ready, you will not have to go it alone. I believe in a collaborative approach.
