My Approach to Helping
As we know, life can get overwhelming. Today’s society is very fast-paced and at times it is challenging to balance everything. My work with clients is collaborative. We work together to identify triggers and to effectively problem solve. My specific areas of specialty are: stress management, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. My current practice focuses on teens through all ages of adulthood. I also offer consulting for entrepreneurs who need help identifying and resolving obstacles (e.g., procrastination, disorganization, attention difficulties, etc.) in their work life.
I have found that fresh air and movement sparks inspiration, clarity and focus. For that reason, I offer clients the option to do our sessions outdoors. We can “walk and talk.” During inclement weather we can meet in my office, in a cozy coffee shop or at my office is New Canaan. The choice is theirs!
I earned my Ph.D. in School Psychology from Fordham University. I am a Licensed Psychologist (CTNY) and have over 20 years of clinical experience. As a Mom of four, I understand how hectic life can be. Together, I help my clients achieve their goals and make time for themselves.
