Need a change? My job is to help you discover what is and is not working in your life, while validating your thoughts and feelings. Let's identify your options for possible change together. During therapy you will find your own strengths and learn to make your own best choices. I take my cues from you to discover the most fulfilling path toward possible solutions.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
If you have never been to a therapist before (and even if you have!), it may help you to consider asking yourself a few questions:
What would you like assistance with from the therapist? What are your expectations of the therapy process? What do you hope to accomplish in therapy? Most people aren't really sure, and that's just fine!
Even more important: Does the therapist seem comfortable and non-judgemental with the issues you present?
After the first visit ask yourself: Is this a good fit? Do I feel valued and respected as a person ? (in spite of any issues I might present) Trust your own judgement.
