My Approach to Helping

I’m here to help you explore unresolved feelings (anxiety, depression, anger, helplessness, grief, etc.) and develop skills to effectively cope with them. Thus, you can feel relieved and fulfilled in your relationship with yourself and others.
I specialize in trauma processing by using BrainSpotting and Trauma Resiliency Model. Trauma can linger in both the mind and body. This whole-body integrative approach can effectively release trauma and promote a healthier calmer nervous system. My focus is to address toxic environments and explore ways to keep a sense of safety in the mind and body.
