My Approach to Helping

Are you going through an internal struggle due to trauma? Do you feel anxious and depressed about the future? Do you struggle with family issues and relationship issues? I’m willing to meet you where you are, help you process unwanted thoughts and emotions, and help develop an action plan to effectively cultivate your healing and growth. I’m here to help you explore unresolved feelings (anxiety, depression, anger, helplessness, grief, etc.) and develop skills to effectively cope with them. Thus, you can feel relieved and fulfilled in your relationship with yourself and others.

I specialize in trauma processing by using BrainSpotting and Trauma Resiliency Model. Trauma can linger in both the mind and body. This whole-body integrative approach can effectively release trauma and promote a healthier calmer nervous system. My focus is to address toxic environments and explore ways to keep a sense of safety in the mind and body.

I also specialize in couples therapy. I aim to offer a safe and non-judgemental place, in order for you and your partner to safely communicate with one another and restore the meaningful connection. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs goals. Please book your free consultation.
