Helping you through Positive Regard and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy determine and move toward resolving issues that are getting in the way of you achieving your true meaning and purpose in life.

With a caring attitude, good communication, and gentle coaching, I strive to help bring out and strengthen your Best self.

My Role as your therapist is to be your ally and guide. We will take a whole-person approach identifying and finding ways to meet your needs to create a balanced and centered life with more happiness, more health and more success.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

My thoughts about therapy are that it is a life long tool at your disposal to help you grow, change and over come challenging life situations. I typically like to start with weekly sessions to establish a strong, connected working relationship. From here we can move to bi-weekly, monthly or as needed to achieve your Best Life.
