My Approach to Helping
Life is hard, though culture often implies that it should be easy. Depending on what you've been through, as well as your current situation, it can feel impossible to face the challenges of the day while you search for your long-term goals and for ways to meet them. My passion for therapy lies in the work of helping people to slow down and be gentle with themselves, collaborating together to get down to what's really hurting and help to resolve it.

My Role as a Therapist
My focus is on you--what you've been through, how you feel, how you see yourself and your situation, and what we can do to bring relief, calmness and clarity to your experience. I listen with compassion and respect, sharing insights and building a warm professional relationship. Guided by your needs, we will create a safe space in which you can be yourself while we think together about your life and where you'd like it to go.
