My Approach to Helping

If your concern is about your relationship, I am here to help. I combine Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and depth psychology to approach a variety of relationship issues, including problems with parenting, extended family, substance abuse, infidelity, sexuality, loss of a sense of togetherness, and a variety of other concerns. Our goal is to help your relationship not only survive, but thrive. The approach we take will be structured, with attention to assessing strengths and weaknesses, setting goals, developing a deep emotional connection, and then moving on to practical issues and collaborative problem solving. Before you go any further, let's talk things over together. There may be more reason for hope than you think.
