I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients overcome anxiety related to work and interpersonal relationships. I also help clients learn how to reduce panic attacks and stress & increase self-esteem. I use Attachment-based therapy to help clients achieve their relationship goals. We'll work together as a team to help you find solutions that are best suited for you personally.
