My Approach to Helping
As a woman in today's performance-focused world, it is easy to become overwhelmed and stressed by the many roles expected of us, as well as the unique challenges in our own lives. Sometimes our own expectations, dreams and hopes clash with what life deals us. There is no shame in seeking help untangling the knots.
I help women who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma so you can move with more harmony and calm though life's difficult seasons. I also help women who struggle with postpartum transitions and challenges.
Together in a warm, caring environment, we can look at the challenges you are facing, you can unburden yourself, and we can find new ways to help you move beyond your struggles. I can help you safely experiment with new tools and gain new skills that will help you through the hard days in life. I am here to support you and guide you so you can achieve whatever life changes or solutions you want for yourself.

Life is too short to simply suffer through, to let your worries and fears control your actions, to give up on your dreams of the parenting experience you wish for, or to allow trauma to prevent you from moving forward. I want you to be able to find relief from your pain and find greater self-acceptance, self-compassion, meaning, and purpose.
