And I’ll be with you every step of the way. While relationships can lead to stress and anxiety, they can also be the source of safety and security for us if we let them.
I work primarily with individuals and couples struggling with relationship distress. Whether you're struggling in your relationship with your partner or yourself, we can work together to identify the parts that need attention and change negative patterns so you can feel closer to those around you and live a more meaningful life.
It takes a great deal of courage to seek help, however, doing so it’s the first step towards healing and powerful transformation. The best choice we can make is to commit to becoming our greatest selves, and I would feel privileged to take that journey with you!
