My Approach to Helping
Whether you are struggling with life transitions, difficult relationships, and imbalance within, therapy is a powerful place for you to take the steps towards finding inner peace during life and its challenges. I believe that you are the expert of your life. My role is to be your support and guide as we work together on self-growth, healing, identifying and fulfillment of your wants and needs.
I believe in working with an integrative approach, to be able to tailor more to your specific needs. My foundational experience and training has been centered on children, teens and their families of various backgrounds struggling with a variety of mental health issues.
I prioritize the therapeutic relationship, by building an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and open space to eliminate any obstacles for your journey to healing and self-growth.
