Because my approach to therapy is both supportive and goal-oriented, I will encourage you to be proactive in implementing the techniques we discuss during therapy sessions, so that you will generate optimal results. Every person has a unique history, patterns of thought, and goals for therapy and therefore I work with each client at a pace that is most comfortable for them.
