What's My Approach to Therapy?
You may be arriving here feeling overwhelmed, mentally restless, or unsure why things that “should be fine” don’t feel fine. Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful adults who are tired of carrying everything alone.
My role is to help you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening internally, and develop practical ways to respond differently. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)- and motivational interviewing-informed tools to explore thought patterns, emotional responses, and the internal conflicts that keep you stuck.
Faith integration is not an add-on in my work; it’s part of the framework. For clients who desire it, Christian reflection is woven into sessions in a grounded, respectful, and psychologically informed way — not as preaching, but as support for meaning, responsibility, and hope.
You can expect sessions that are calm, structured, and focused on helping you think more clearly and live more intentionally.
My Practice & Services
If you’re functioning on the outside but feeling stretched, mentally tired, or emotionally overloaded on the inside, you’re not alone, and you don’t need to be in crisis to seek support.
I provide non-clinical psychological support for adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, or significant life transitions. My work is informed by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, with Christian faith thoughtfully integrated into the process.
Sessions are structured, reflective, and practical. We focus on understanding thought patterns, regulating emotions, clarifying values, and building a steadier internal footing, especially during demanding or uncertain seasons of life.
All sessions are provided online in a private, supportive setting. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
My practice is fully online and focused on individual, one-on-one sessions. I offer short-term and ongoing non-clinical psychological support for adults seeking clarity, emotional regulation, and direction.
Sessions are private, scheduled in advance, and designed to be both reflective and practical. At this time, I do not offer crisis services or clinical treatment.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I support adults experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low mood, burnout, overthinking, and challenges related to life transitions. I work best with high-functioning individuals who want practical support, clarity, and steadier emotional footing rather than clinical treatment.
What I Usually Need to Know to Help
To be helpful, I typically need a clear sense of what you?re currently struggling with, what feels most pressing right now, and what you?re hoping might change. You don?t need to have the ?right words? ? part of the work is making sense of things together.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Many people hesitate because they?re not sure their concerns are ?serious enough? or they don?t want to be pathologized. Support doesn?t require a crisis. If stress, worry, or mental fatigue are interfering with your peace or focus, it may be worth exploring support in a structured, low-pressure way.
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and availability. Some people come for a few focused sessions around a specific concern, while others prefer ongoing support during a demanding season of life. We review pacing together as we go.
