I help clients focus on the present, and to rewrite a more successful story for the lives they wish to reinvent and live. If you are looking for help at this moment, you have already developed a positive attitude towards change and are ready to make it. I am a flexible psychotherapist who uses techniques drawn from mindfulness, psychodynamic, existential, and strength-based approaches. I also specialize in trauma and use the powerful technique of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) when there is an opportunity to focus on a specific trauma.
