What's My Approach to Therapy?

When you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or feeling overwhelmed by life, it can be hard to know where to start or what will truly help. You may feel tired of trying to manage everything on your own or unsure if medication is the right step. My approach is to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, pressure, or assumptions, and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing.

I provide medication management that is calm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I take time to understand what you’re going through, how your symptoms impact your daily life, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past. From there, we work together to find a treatment plan that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with your goals.

You can expect a direct but compassionate style, clear explanations, and space to ask any questions you have. My role is to help you feel more stable, more regulated, and more like yourself, one step at a time.
