My Approach to Helping
I specialize in supporting life transitions, including early parenthood, perimenopause and midlife awakening, and career changes, as well as personal evolution that comes with treating adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, disordered eating and body image concerns, and complex trauma. My therapeutic style is relationally-centered and skills-based, meaning that the alliance, respect and collaboration between client and therapist serve as crucial ingredients in the healing process in which I participate. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) inform the skillsets that I support clients in building.
