I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families with concerns regarding anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, parenting issues, life transition, domestic violence, and addiction. I use a wide range of research-based psychological interventions including Cognitive Behavioural therapy, trauma-focused and attachment theory.
