The Holistic Health Healing process combines virtual talk therapy, restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork, movement, and aromatherapy working in tandem. Through this unique approach, you’ll develop positive coping skills, and gain self-awareness to find fulfillment, from within.

The Holistic Health Healing approach to psychotherapy is unique in the sense that your treatment is customized to incorporate a blend of traditional talk therapy and somatic body healing. Somatic therapy combines talk therapy with (what are sometimes considered) alternative forms of physical therapy.
Holistic Health Healing helps you revive memories of deeply-rooted traumatic experiences then safely respond to any physical responses you have, once the memory is recovered.

SEX-RELATED TRAUMA - Sexual related trauma can occur on a broad spectrum. If you feel like your sexual agency has been impacted by a life experience, it is crucial to work through these darker shadows in order to obtain healthy sexual agency and nurture positive relationships.
ANXIETY DISORDER - Anxiety is your body's organic response to stress and at the same time if we do not understand how to soothe our anxiety it can lead us into a state of dysregulation. Becoming aware of your response to anxiety and soothing it in the moment is powerful and empowering.
SOCIAL MEDIA DYSREGULATION - Social media can be harmful to one?s concept of self. We want to feel in control of our engagement with social media and use it positively. However, social media can contribute negatively to one?s perceptions of self through comparison and disillusions.
DEPRESSION - Identifying that you are depressed can be difficult because depression can be subtle. Depression can show up in a multitude of ways such as losing interest in workfriendshobbies that once made you happy, chronic fatigue, andor fluctuations in diet.
My Role as a Therapist
Hilary's path towards becoming a holistic Mental Health Counselor began at a young age. Hilary grew up pursuing a career as a professional dancer. Through this cathartic outlet, she developed an understanding between mental health and movement. At 19, Hilary became a certified yoga instructor, practicing yoga and breath work to soothe her own anxiety. She recognizes the power of learning to self soothe, and she is an advocate of subtle body awareness as a path towards self-healing. Hilary Bone founded Holistic Health Healing with the intention of standing beside her clients as they fall in love with the process of becoming the best version of themselves.
Hilary studied marketing and event management in The Business School at George Washington University, while minoring in dance. Hilary then enrolled in Northwestern University?s Master of Arts in Counseling program with curiosity towards helping others develop secure identities, heal from sex-related trauma, and rediscover their full potential.
Hilary is no stranger to the work she asks her clients to partake in. Through her own commitment to therapy, she has empowered herself to honor and uphold her truest sense of self. She appreciates the value of finding a therapist that empowers and supports your growth and self-actualization.
