VIDEO COUNSELLING - Access help when and where you need it through secure video counselling services. Just like face-to-face counselling, video counselling allows you to communicate and develop a therapeutic relationship without going outside and still maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING - Individual counselling occurs in person in a warm, comfortable and therapeutic office environment. This allows you to develop a deeper awareness of your feelings, thoughts, behaviours, and relationships. You can make positive and lasting changes, increase your moments of joy, and improve your quality of life.
