Insurance & Employee Assistance Program
I am considered an “Out of Network” provider with insurance companies and do not file insurance on your behalf. Many insurance plans have out-of-network benefits in which your plan may pay a portion for therapy services. Most insurance plans have deductibles that need to be met before coverage kicks in even if you are seeing someone “in-network.” Be sure to call your insurance carrier to find out if you have a deductible to meet before you can receive reimbursement.

Although I do not accept insurance, I am able to provide you with documentation (also known as a Superbill) for out-of-network benefits. If you plan on using these benefits, I highly recommend you contact your insurance company to make sure they cover telehealth services and ask how to submit for reimbursement. I do not guarantee that you will receive reimbursement from your insurance company for services.

To assist clients with the out-of-network insurance claims and the reimbursement process, I have partnered with Reimbursify. To learn more, please visit: https:reimbursify.com

Please be aware that insurance companies require a diagnosis and other treatment disclosures in order for you to receive reimbursement. Clinical diagnosis made by your Therapist become a part of your permanent health record.

I am in-network with EAP provider Lyra Health. Contact your employer to see what EAP they are contracted with.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

I dealt with crippling fear and self-doubt for decades, starting in those earliest years. As a little girl my anxiety was so bad, I found the simplest situations terrifying. I struggled to order ice cream from the ice cream truck, play with groups of kids at recess, try new things such as choir, sports, or games. By High School, I finally had the courage to join the school's swim team. However, despite my love for swimming, I eventually quit because I was too afraid to compete in front of others.

As a young adult the fear and anxiety never really went away. Instead I became a master at avoiding the situations I feared the most. Unfortunately, this meant that I missed out on many opportunities and experiences and ended up feeling empty and lost.

I knew this wasn't how I wanted to live. I knew there had to be a better way, so I sought it out. Through my personal journey, education, and professional experience, I unraveled the toxic thought processes that I had unknowingly established throughout my life. Today, I help others conquer the same types of fears and self-doubt that held me back for too long.
My passion is helping others break free from the patterns that hold them back so they can experience the life they want.

If you can relate to my personal story, I can help you discover what is preventing you from having the life you want and deserve. Instead of being stuck in self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors I want to help you live with passion and courage.
