My Approach to Helping

My ideal client would consist of an individual or couple that are motivated to work toward their goals. Motivation and hard work can change your life.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or mental, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

My specialties consist of trauma, grief, self-esteem, mood disorders, individual and couple work. I also have training in sex education for couples and individuals. I am a certified Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern. I also have extensive knowledge and skills in working with children and adolescents. I am able to administer psychological testing including ABAS-3.

More Info About My Practice

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

You should choose a therapist that you trust, feel comfortable and safe with, someone who will guide you to become the best person that you wish to be.

Theoretical Influences that Guide My Work

My theoretical influences come from traveling and studying abroad and within the USA with world renown therapist. I studied solution focused and narrative therapies in London, and sex and narrative therapies in Sydney, Australia. My travels have taken me locally to San Antonio, Texas in order to learn more about Narrative therapy from the guru himself (David Epston). My travels have even taken me to Miami, Florida in order to learn and study more about sex therapy and education.
