I provide a supportive environment and use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help you bring joy back into your life. My goal is to enhance your strengths and provide you with vital skills in order to reach your full potential. We will work together on your quest for self-improvement and lasting, meaningful change. I provide individual services for children, adolescents, and adults. I also have extensive experience with the veteran and military population.

My sliding scale ranges from $120-150 for a 50-minute individual session. I charge $160 for an initial 60-minute session. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots. I am in-network with Tricare, MHN, and some Blueshield plans. I am out-of-network for other insurance providers; however, I can provide you with a "superbill" or invoice for services in which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Most insurance companies will reimburse a portion of the therapy fee; however, typically, they will not reimburse the entire amount.
