My Approach to Helping

I am Heather Huiting, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist. I earned my Master of Social Work degree in 2004 from ASU and have been helping clients make positive changes in their lives for over 15 years.

I’m committed to helping my clients learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work focuses on helping you to understand both how you got here, and where you are going. I believe in developing a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship which ensures clients reach their goals.

I’m passionate about helping clients set boundaries, improve communication skills and relationships, and better manage their mental health symptoms using an eclectic approach including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other modalities.
