Over the years I have worked with hundreds of children and families; each one unique. I have also utilize therapy in my own family life. As with every profession, there are some great, some good and some mediocre professionals. Don't give up! Finding a good match can take time. It means you might need to change therapists. You might need to change several times. That is okay. You also may need different types of therapy for different times in your life. It is okay to keep trying. It is okay to change.
