My Approach to Helping
During therapy, I work to create an environment where the clients will feel safe, comfortable, and included in their treatment. I approach therapy as a collaborative, compassionate, client-centered style where my clients and I work together to achieve goals and learn new skills to engage in life in a meaningful way. I incorporate a variety of interventions and approaches to therapy with the goal of always making the therapy fit the needs of my clients.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs. I spend a lot of time in the outdoors hiking, biking, and anything that involves being in the water. I also enjoy time reading books, watching movies, and playing card and board games.
