What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
What I love about being a therapist is that I get to help others in so many ways! I admire those who are willing to allow me to be a part of their journey. It's so rewarding to get to witness the positive change in a person as they start to identify their own personal growth and strengths.
What I Usually Need to Know to Help
In treatment, I encourage a very collaborative approach, especially for Exposure Therapy. I see the client as the expert with their anxiety and rely on them to help me understand their experiences.
