"I feel like my thoughts and emotions constantly control my life, instead of me being in charge."
"I don't feel like myself anymore--in fact, I don't know if I have ever been myself, or who I really am."
"I am so stressed out and I don't have the tools to deal with it."
"My teenager is struggling, and I'm out of answers--I don't know how to help him/her."

If these statements are something that you have thought to yourself, said to your dog or cat, or see in someone you love, you are not thriving, but surviving. You or your child deserves to thrive and have a full, rich life.
I work with these issues every day, and if you are willing to try, let's explore whats going on with you and look at options to help you become who you want to be, and to find some peace in your world. You deserve to feel at home in your own body.

-mood disturbance

-adult women issues/relationships
-millennials feeling constant stress with life

My Role as a Therapist

To really hear you non-judgmentally, while teaching you life skills to help guide you to your ultimate truth.

What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process

Therapy is hard. It's vulnerable, messy, and sometimes painful. But as research shows, "Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path."-- Brené Brown
