My Approach to Helping
There are many kinds of change that can happen in life that leave us feeling empty, heartbroken, or lost. If you’re looking for help in walking through and coping with such a change, therapy is a great resource for you. I work with people going through critical life transitions, such as death of a loved one, divorce, illness, or retirement - any change that involves loss and rebuilding. I journey with you as you cope and grow through your challenges. I believe that no matter what our circumstances are, we can live a full, rich life. Being stuck in despair and hopelessness might be an indicator that it’s time to reach out for support.
Change and loss often call for us to redefine our purpose - and this is not a bad thing. Through therapy, I can help you work through your new reality and grow into your new life.
