My Approach to Helping
Navigating the world as an emerging adult can often feel challenging and overwhelming. Balancing romantic relationships, work-related stress, family conflict, and a social life can be intense. It's understandable that after juggling all of these stressors for so long, you may be feeling depressed, anxious, and burnt out. I work with adults in their 20s and 30s who are looking to better understand themselves, improve the important relationships in their lives, reduce their levels of stress, and heal from past traumatic experiences to ultimately cultivate a more balanced and authentic lifestyle.
My goal is to help make this phase of life feel more manageable and even exciting. Working together collaboratively, I will help you reconnect with yourself to learn more about your behaviors and key relationships, while giving you the tools to manage difficult situations that arise. Our sessions together will be aimed at supporting and empowering you.
