My Approach to Helping
In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by endless to-do lists, work demands, and the pressure to always be there for loved ones. This stress can take a toll on our relationships—with ourselves and with those we care about. If this sounds familiar, know that you’re not alone! I help young adults and couples find their footing and create balance in the midst of today’s hectic world. My area of focus includes life and career transitions, stress management, reducing burnout, alleviating anxiety, boosting self-esteem, and enhancing relationship dynamics. With my background in the music industry, I understand the unique challenges of juggling ambitious career goals with personal well-being. I’m here to help you navigate these challenges and build a more fulfilling life.
I use an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Family Systems Theory. This blend allows me to effectively address issues such as depression, anxiety, perfectionism, negative self-talk, and relationship challenges. For couples, it provides valuable tools for conflict resolution and building effective communication skills. Together, we'll explore and dismantle limiting thought patterns while developing practical coping strategies to enhance your well-being and strengthen your relationships.
I am accepting new clients this fall and offer sliding scale fees to accommodate different budgets (ranging from $60 to $120 per session). My office is conveniently located in the Midtown area, & I offer both in-person and Telehealth options. If you feel like we might be a good fit, please reach out to me via email to schedule a session or book a free 15-minute phone consultation! I look forward to connecting with you soon!
