My Approach to Helping
You just want to feel happy, to wake up and to actually feel excited about your day. You can't remember the last time you didn't feel stressed, rushed, anxious. You miss the old you, the you that used to smile, play with the kids, have fun with your partner. The you that used to have time for friends, time to read a good book, or even just rest.
Imagine what it would feel like to slow down just a bit, to feel less stressed, to actually be able to breathe. Imagine what it would be like to feel more joy, to feel happier more confident as you went through your day.

I can help you to get there, to start feeling more joy, confidence, and happiness. know it is possible to heal, grow, and create fulfilling relationships. I also know change is scary. With the right support and the willingness to try to do things differently I know that you can feel better.
While I am able to treat many presenting concerns I specialize in working with women who are experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety, andor depression due to a recent life transition or traumatic event.
Past client’s have described me as gentle, caring, nurturing, understanding and unshockable. There is a balance to be found in therapy and I hold space for my client’s thoughts and emotions while also creating an encouraging and safe environment to take risks and try to do things differently.
I invite my client’s to be collaborative participants in the therapy process. It is important to me that my client’s feel that our time together is useful and is moving them towards their personal goal of feeling better.
