I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental atmosphere to encourage individuals along the path to their most authentic self. I address emotions, thoughts, and behavioral patterns that will promote growth. Using healthy coping tools will reduce anxiety and help deal with stressful situations. If you are struggling with anxiety symptoms, dealing with a life transition or overall stress in your life, counseling can help. I look forward to working with you.

I believe that anyone can learn new tools or perspectives at any time in their life. I encourage individuals to express themselves in a nonjudgmental space. I utilize many clinical modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy, (DBT), and mindfulness to encourage self-awareness and growth with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, or life stressors and transitions. I completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lewis Clark State College. Later, I pursued a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University in Washington.
