Let's be honest; sometimes life is just downright difficult. Sometimes you need someone to be there for you to talk things through with. I'm here to be that person for you. I'm here to help you get through those hard times in your life when you need someone to support and encourage you. You don't have to maneuver through the difficulties in your life on your own. Therapy is a positive way to discuss and deal with situations in your life that you may need help with. Allow me to support and encourage you through the trials that you encounter in your daily life and give you the skills that you need to actively work through them.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

The reality is that if you are seeking help to work through problems, you're actually brave. You are showing a strength that many people don't possess. It's not easy to admit that you need help. Often we suffer in silence instead of asking for help. However, there is no need to suffer alone. Therapy allows you to give a voice to your problems and gives you the opportunity to actively work through them. Therapy is not your therapist telling you what to do, but actively listening to you, and teaching you the skills needed for you to work through those problems. Going to therapy does not mean that you are weak at all, it means you possess the strength to understand that you need help and that you are willing to push past your fears and seek out that help.
