What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’re here, you may be feeling worn down by chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, or depression. Maybe you’ve tried countless treatments, but nothing has brought the relief you hoped for. You might feel dismissed, frustrated, or even hopeless, wondering if things will ever change.
I want you to know you’re not alone. I’ve been there too, and I understand how isolating it can feel. Together, we’ll create a safe space where your experiences are heard and validated. I’ll guide you in reconnecting with your body, calming your nervous system, and building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
In our work, I draw from mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and pain reprocessing therapy. These approaches aren’t about “fixing” you—they’re about helping you live more fully, even if the pain remains.
My goal is to help you feel safer in your body, more empowered in your choices, and more connected to what truly matters, so you can begin moving toward more good days than bad.
