My Approach to Helping
I have over 20 years of experience providing individual and couples therapy. I work with clients presenting with a range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, interpersonal struggles, aging, and psychotic disorders. My approach is to work collaboratively to build upon your strengths and meet your individual goals.
I utilize elements of mindfulness in Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Treatment, and Psychodynamic approaches
