I am an expert at helping my clients reduce anger, stress, anxiety, depression, depression, impulsive behavior, and self-destructive choices. I also boost my clients' sense of fulfillment, balance, possibility, and healing. I help couples and individuals, tailoring treatment to the specific needs of each client, and always offering a safe, effective, caring space.
I served as clinical director of several addiction and mental health clinics, and have been featured in a number of media outlets. I provide clinical instruction to graduate mental health programs at Fordham and NYU.
I use evidence-based treatments, such as CBT and client-centered therapy, to help you identify and work toward your goals. I believe we all have the potential to grow and change, and I offer you the space to do that.
Therapy unfolds at your pace, with a focus on offering you relief from patterns and behaviors you no longer desire.
