My Approach to Helping
The decision to come to therapy is not an easy one. To me, it represents hope. I strive to create a relationship that will facilitate your own personal growth, a relationship in which you will feel supported, accepted, and most of all heard. It is my goal to understand your experiences, not through my own personal lenses, but through the lenses through which you see the world. Together, we will work to identify and remove barriers preventing you from living a deep and meaningful life. We will explore new ways of relating to yourself, others, and the world. We will develop skills to improve the way you manage life??s stressors and explore how old ways of behaving may be keeping you stuck.
