My Approach to Helping
During our sessions, I will support you in learning how to leverage tools like mindfulness, breathing techniques and exercises, and other forms of accessible self-care to reduce stress inside and outside of the therapy room. No matter what, by working with me, you will receive a safe, non-judgmental, warm space where you can be your authentic self.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I have always had a passion for helping others. I consider myself to be a good listener and an open-minded person that is comfortable talking to others about issues that could be hard to express. I find that being a psychotherapist allows me to use my skills in order to address others' concerns in a way that they feel they can make their own decisions. It's really amazing!
