My Approach to Helping
As your therapist, my role is to listen closely to your concerns and provide the compassion, empathy, and professional support you need on your journey to wellness. I have over 6 years of professional experience in helping people manage adverse mental and behavioral health conditions. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and eclectic therapeutic approaches that fit your specific needs. If you are experiencing addiction, grief and loss, posttraumatic stress, personality issues, or other mental health issues, therapy is an effective tool to overcome these challenges and live a more fulfilling life.
More Info About My Practice
I received my masters degree in Social Work from Temple University in 2010. Five years later, I earned clinical licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. I am very passionate about helping survivors of violence and assault, as well as people with major life stressors, mood and thought issues.

I have provided effective mental health services in inpatient and outpatient settings. I have the clinical training and experience to treat mood and thought disorders, personality issues, addiction issues, relationship issues, and domestic violence. I am comfortable providing care for teens and adults, including members of the LGBTQIA community.
