I have provided mental health services to teenagers, adults, and couples for over 20 years. I offer a compassionate and secure environment where individuals in therapy may express themselves freely, explore past or ongoing issues, and set practical therapeutic goals. During the treatment process we will work together and explore how your emotions may influence your thoughts, behaviors, and your sense of freedom.

I am a firm believer in the mind-body connection. As a result, I closely examine the relationship between your current social relationships, family issues, chronic stress, and presenting concerns.

I specialize in providing short and long term therapy that foster lasting positive change. Issues that may be address in therapy include posttraumatic stress, phobias, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, and major life transitions. I also offer clinical hypnosis as a treatment option for certain physical concerns such as migraines and gastrointestinal issues.
